1. Terms of Use
Lapa Ninja is a curated gallery of landing page designs, plus related resources such as templates, freebies, books, tools and articles. It exists to help designers and developers find inspiration.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the site.
- You may browse, save and share content for personal or professional inspiration. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute the gallery, its screenshots or its data without written permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass Pro limits, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
- The Lapa Ninja name, logo, site design, curation, written content and database are owned by Lapa Ninja. Screenshots remain the property of their respective owners (see Screenshots & Copyright).
2. Accounts & Boards
You can use most of Lapa Ninja without an account. Creating a free account lets you save designs into Boards and set up a public profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account.
- Free accounts can create a limited number of Boards with a limited number of saves per Board. Lapa Pro removes these limits.
- Boards are private by default. If you make a Board or your profile public, anyone with the link can view it.
- Your handle, display name, avatar and public Boards may be shown on your profile page. Please do not use a handle that impersonates another person or brand.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or remain inactive for a very long time.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your Boards and profile are removed with it.
3. Lapa Pro, Billing & Refunds
Lapa Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks unlimited Boards, an ad-free experience and early access to new features.
- Billing. Pro is billed monthly in USD. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Polar.sh, which acts as merchant of record). We never see or store your full card details.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your Account settings. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account returns to the free tier. Your saved Boards are never deleted — they just fall back to free-tier limits.
- Refunds. Because Pro is a monthly plan you can cancel at any time, we don't offer refunds for partially used periods. If you were charged by mistake, hit a bug that stopped you from using Pro, or believe there is a billing error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
- Price changes. If we change the Pro price, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before it affects your subscription.
4. Screenshots & Copyright
Every design featured on Lapa Ninja is a screenshot of a publicly accessible website. All screenshots, logos and brand assets are © of their respective owners. We show them for the purpose of commentary, curation and design inspiration, and every entry links back to the original website.
If you own a website featured on Lapa Ninja and would like it updated or removed, email [email protected] with the link to the entry. We'll take it down promptly — usually within a few business days — no questions asked.
Please do not reuse screenshots from Lapa Ninja in a way that implies endorsement by the original owner, or as a substitute for the original site's own assets.
5. Submissions
Anyone can submit a website for consideration by emailing [email protected].
- By submitting, you confirm that you own the site or have permission to share it, and you allow Lapa Ninja to capture and display screenshots of it along with a link back.
- Lapa Ninja is a curated gallery. Submission does not guarantee a feature, and we don't provide feedback on every submission.
- Featuring is free. We don't accept payment to include a site in the gallery (sponsored placements are always labeled as ads).
6. Privacy
We collect as little personal data as we can while still running the service. Here is what we collect and why.
- Account data. When you sign up we store your email address, display name, handle, avatar (if you upload one) and a hashed password. We use your email for sign-in, verification, password reset and important account notices.
- Boards & saves. The designs you save, the Boards you create and their visibility settings.
- Billing data. For Pro subscribers we store the subscription status and an ID linking to our payment partner. Card and invoice details live with the payment partner, not with us.
- Usage analytics. We use privacy-focused analytics (Umami) and Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are popular and how the site is used. This includes anonymised page views, referrers, device type and general location.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email so we can send it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run Lapa Ninja (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics), and only as much as they need. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
8. Disclaimer
Lapa Ninja is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Links to external websites, tools, templates and freebies are provided for convenience — we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, pricing or licensing. Always check the original source before using any asset in your own work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lapa Ninja is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. If you are a Pro subscriber, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this page from time to time as the site evolves. Minor changes take effect as soon as they are published here. For significant changes that affect your rights or your Pro subscription, we'll notify account holders by email in advance. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
